Pennsylvania State police say a Mercer man was arrested on assault with a weapons charges, after he allegedly hit a man with his car at a Sheetz parking lot in Springfield Township.
They are just reporting the incident, which happened just before 8:30 in the morning on January 31.
Police say the 29-year-old man got into an argument with a 63-year-old man from Volant while at the checkout counter.
They say the younger man left the store, got in his car, and waited for the second man to leave, hitting him in the side with his vehicle.
Neither man's name has been released.
