A man is in the Beaver County Jail, accused of throwing a puppy down a flight of stairs.
Aliquippa Police say 24-year-old Brandon Miller of Beaver Falls was in a domestic dispute on March 7 when he threw the 10-month old Pitbull named “Ace” down the stairs, causing severe injuries.
Ace was propounded dead after Miller’s girlfriend and another person took him to a vet hospital.
Vets examined Ace and turned their results over to police.
Miller is charged with cruelty to animals, a felony charge and neglect of animals, a misdemeanor charge.
Police says Miller was located by Chippewa Police on Monday and taken to jail.
