Allegheny County Police have made arrest in connection with a homicide in summer 2022
Police say 22-year-old Daniel Kelly is charged with the murder of 18-year-old Dorian Serrano.
Serrano was reported missing on July 2 2022. During a search on November 17, 2022, his remains were found during a search in Jefferson Hills near the Montour Trail.
His death was ruled a homicide.
Detectives says Kelly is responsible for the homicide after conducting witness interviews.
Kelly is charged with criminal homicide, tempering with evidence, abuse of a corpse and a firearms violation.
