A man was critically injured Wednesday night when he was hit by an SUV in West View.
Allegheny County Police say the incident happened a few minutes before 8 p.m. as a 73-year-old man was crossing Perry Highway near the intersection with Wellington Drive.
First responders say he was in critical condition.
The SUV driver stayed at the accident scene.
