37-year-old Ossie Foster pled guilty Tuesday in U.S. District Court to possession with intent to distribute heroin, crack cocaine and fentanyl.
A federal grand jury indicted Foster in February following an investigation by Beaver County authorities and the FBI.
He faces up to 40 years in prison.
