A Jeannette man is facing multiple charges after police say officers found two kids inside a dog cage playing with feces.
Police were called to North Fourth Street Saturday for reports of two dogs hit by a car. They found 26-year-old Brian Brabant in the street.
Police say he appeared to be highly intoxicated. A witness allegedly went inside the home and found the two toddlers in the dog cage covered in feces.
Police say Brabant was supposed to be watching the kids. The children were given back to their mother, and an officer took two injured dogs.
Charges against Brabant include aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children.
