Police are investigating after a man was shot in Marshall-Shadeland.
It happened around 10 a.m. on Tuesday at the intersection of Geyer Avenue and Shadeland Avenue.
Police were alerted by two ShotSpotter alerts that totaled eight rounds.
Units found the man near Schimmer Street and Staho Way with a gunshot wound to the upper body.
He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Two guns were found during the investigation.
A home on the 3100 block of Shadeland Avenue was hit by gunfire.
