A man with a head injury was in serious but stable condition after a collision with a car last night in the Upper Hill/North Oakland.
Police say the accident occurred at the intersection of Bigelow Boulevard and North Dithridge Street around 7:30 p.m.
The man, on a scooter, was heading north on Bigelow when the driver traveling in the opposite direction tried to turn onto North Dithridge.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with officers.
