A man was in stable condition after being shot Downtown Tuesday afternoon.
First responders were sent to Smithfield Street and Fourth Avenue around 4:15 p.m.
where the victim was found with two gunshot wounds in the arm.
Police say he was shot during an apparent road rage incident that originated on the South Side.
