A man was shot Monday afternoon in the Brighton Heights neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
Police received a ShotSpotter alert near the intersection of Brighton Road and Davis Avenue.
When they arrived, they found a man down in the street. He had multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
Although the officers began CPR right away, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police interviewed possible witnesses and the investigation continues.
