First responders were called to Buente Street in Pittsburgh's Spring Hill neighborhood early Sunday morning after receiving a report of a man having a seizure.
Medical personnel found that the man had been stabbed. He was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead at 1:15am Sunday.
Police detained one person for questioning and continue to investigate the incident.
