That's a 27 percent increase from this year.

The County Parks are getting about 30 million in operating grants and another nine and a half million for upgrades to shelters, buildings and bathrooms.

Pittsburgh regional parks are getting nearly 11 million in operating funds and two and half million in capital funding for projects including bike lanes at Schenley Park.

Other capital grants include funds for security upgrades at the August Wilson Center and a million for improvements at the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium.
