Morgan Wallen fans got an unexpected rain check in Pittsburgh. Now many are wondering about parking refunds. News Radio KDKA's Timira Rush has the latest details:
For those who prepaid for Alco parking, ALCO President Merrill Stabile tells KDKA Radio that anyone who purchased parking but never used it will receive a full refund
“We think the easiest thing is to have them just reverse the charges in which case that would be the on the exact credit card that each customer used to pay for it, that hasn’t been confirmed yet,” said Stabile.
But if you already parked, it looks like you’re out of luck.
“They’re tailgating and you know, having a good time and creating trash and we had to staff the lots . . . they still used the space,” said Stabile.
Stabile says more information about the refund process will be available Tuesday.
