Narcotics bust made in Washington Township police raid

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) — On October 1, the Greene County District Attorney's DTF Unit used a search warrant at 614 Craynes Run Road in Washington Township.

After completion of the raid, 500 stamp bags of presumed heroin, over 200 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine, Fentanyl, pressed Xanax bars, and over $20,000 in cash were confiscated.


At the site of the raid, Jonathan Teagarden and Danielle Ellison were taken into custody.

On his person, Teagarden possessed pressed Xanax bars, several bags of suspected heroin, and over $1,000 in cash.

A loaded handgun and other weapons were also discovered during the search.

The Greene County Sheriff's Office and the Greene County Regional police department also aided in the raid.

District Attorney David Russ had this to say about the raid: "Drugs have been destroying my community and the families who are a part of that community for far too long. I was elected to clean up my county and that's what we're doing."
