A neighborhood in Rostraver Township was on lockdown for hours Wednesday.
Residents living near Belle Vernon Cemetery were asked to shelter in place while police tried to get a 32-year-old man to come outside.
The criminal complaint says Joseph Krosoff texted his father asking if he could borrow his gun to, in his words, "take out his mother."
Police say he went to his dad's house, things got physical and Krosoff left with a revolver.
His father called 911. After a six-hour standoff at Krosoff's home, officers arrested him around 8 p.m.
He's facing theft, terroristic threats, robbery and other charges.
