The first apartment building to be built between PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium is set to open later next month.
The 108-unit North Shore Flats is expected to open for business around February 28.
98 apartments will open followed by 10 more in early April.
The complex is at the corner of North Shore Drive and Mazeroski Way.
The first floor of the north side of the structure is facing West General Robinson Street is owned by the Pirates, and will feature a restaurant, bar and entertainment venue that features a large video screen.
