The first new apartment project in Peters Township in a long time will be built on 12-acres near Waterdam and Galley Roads.
Cincinnati-based Al. Neyer closed on the land and financing last week.
The company expects to begin work on the property soon.
Neyer has approval to build a three-story, 180-unit project on a 15-month construction schedule.
It's a 12-acre site covering 188,100 square feet and comprised of five buildings.
A clubhouse along with indoor and outdoor amenities will also be included.
The project is expected to be completed in the middle of 2025.
