What started as a “low level operation,” has turned into Lolev Brewing Co. prepping to open in Lawrenceville.
Lolev will be located at 5257 Butler St. when it opens.
The name Lolev is a play on what Ted and Scott Slesinski started as a low level brewing operation, that they have turned into a 20-barrel system.
The two hope to open a broad range of craft beers.
