New Castle Police announced Monday morning a shooting death Sunday.
Officers responding to gunfire in the area of East Moody Avenue and Carlisle Street found 39-year-old Omar Hakim shot to death in the driver’s seat of a Chevrolet Tahoe.
There were 6 bullet holes in the driver’s side window of the SUV.
