Additional footage shows both of them in close proximity to a group of people who are pushing through law enforcement and forcing open a door and shows Vogel kicking an office door.
The two are also seen going through a bag marked with the word "POLICE" and taking silver packages from it. The complaint states that the U.S. Capitol Police, the packages contain escape hoods used to protect the person wearing one from chemical and biological agents, nuclear or radiological particles and toxic chemicals.
Maimone and Vogel are both charged with Theft of Property, Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority and Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds.
