There's solid proof the pandemic has people drinking more alcohol in Allegheny County.
Liquor Control Board data shows the highest sales revenue in the state was in Allegheny County. Just under $348 million in sales, up over 20% from last year.
Westmoreland County made the top ten at number nine.
