New Kensington police say a Kittanning man was taken into custody on drug charges following a routine traffic stop last Friday.
Investigators say 35-year-old Tazmin Willis was a passenger in a car that was stopped for having a brake light out.
Police say Willis had a pipe with drug residue sticking out of his pocket, leading a search of the car.
They say they found methamphetamines packaged up to be delivered and sold.
Willis is being held on $100,000 dollars bond at the Westmoreland County Prison on felony drug charges.
