The gunman in a Swissvale shooting eluded police Wednesday afternoon.
First responders sent to the 7500 block of Roslyn Street found a man with two gunshot wounds in his legs and took him to a hospital in stable condition.
Allegheny County Police were told a person linked to the shooting may have entered an apartment building in the 2200 block of South Braddock Avenue.
Four people were handcuffed and led out of the building but, as of last night, there are no arrests.
