Norfolk Southern to Send Money to Repair Road

The railroad company is committing money to Darlington Township and Beaver County to help with damages caused by the February derailment

Norfolk Southern is sending Darlington Township, Beaver County more than 500-thousand dollars for repairs to a road damaged in February's toxic train derailment.

The railroad is picking up the estimated cost of restoring East Palestine Road.

The governor's office says communities in the derailment area have received more than 2.5-million dollars in relief so far.
