PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) Late night Friday, Pittsburgh Police were notified of a shotspotter alert for the 2400 block of Bedford Avenue in Bedford Dwellings.
Officers arrived at the scene to investigate multiple rounds being fired; While on the scene they were told of a victim arriving at a hospital.
Just after midnight Saturday morning, a male showed up to a local hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to the face and another to his back.
The victim was confirmed to be in stable condition.
Police have not located another victim and are investigating the situation.
Detectives from Major Crimes and the Mobile Crime Unit are investigating the scene and no suspects have been determined.
