A man has reportedly been shot in the chest on the 400 block of Cathedral Ave around 2:00pm today.
First responders confirmed the victim was an adult man, who received aid from police until medics responded to the scene.
The man was then transported to a local hospital by Pittsburgh EMS and in critical condition. He later was upgraded to stable condition.
The suspect of the shooting is still unknown and is believed to have fled the scene before the police arrived in an unknown direction.
The investigation is ongoing.
