Finding a place to park on the North Shore on Saturday could be a challenge

Between the Backyard Brawl and an afternoon Pirates game, it's going to be hectic tomorrow on the North Side.

Finding a place to park may be harder than fans think.

Cecelia Cagni of Acrisure Stadium says Pitt, the Pirates and ALCO Parking worked together to come up with this plan:

"It's really important that fans know that all North Shore parking, which opens at 10am will all be pre-sold", she says, "so if you're planning to park on the North Shore, we strongly encourage you to purchase your parking sooner rather than later".

And they'll be practicing what's called forced parking, where you'll be directed to park at your facility once you arrive, which may be different than the space you booked.

And tailgaters need to leave once the game they're going to begins.

And if you think you'll just park on the street--forget it. That's not permitted on game day.

And there's always the option of parking elsewhere and taking mass transit to the stadiums.
