Several Downtown businesses and a school were locked down Wednesday afternoon when shots were fired near Market Square.
Witnesses say they heard gunfire on Delray Street, that's an alley one block from the square.
Police Chief Larry Scirotto says video shows four rounds were fired in an apparent dispute between two people.
The intended target may not have been wounded since no one turned up at a hospital in the hours after the shooting.
