Pittsburgh Creative and Performing Arts 6-12 students and staff are being moved to online learning for three days due to a high number of COVID-19 cases.
According to school officials, 38 cases were reported Monday, which exceeds the threshold of 5% for positive cases.
While closed, the CAPA building will be disinfected and deep cleaned. No one may enter the facility until Friday, and all special events and activities are canceled.
When doors reopen Friday, all staff, students and visitors will be required to wear masks through May 20.
