Pittsburgh EMTs aren’t here just for humans, they help animals too!

Pittsburgh EMS says they got a knock on the back door of their Medic 10 station in Marshall-Shadeland on Tuesday with a woman in need of help.

The woman had a box of newborn kittens with their umbilical cords wrapped around the necks of the six cats.

Crews were able to cut the cords and saved all six kitties.

“A reminder, Pittsburgh EMS is here for ALL Pittsburghers!” a post on Twitter said.
