After being closed for nearly three years due to a fire that destroyed their shop, Pesaros Pizza is making a comeback in Lawrenceville.
the original location on the 4300 block of Butler Street went up in flames in March 2021 after being open for over 20 years.
The official grand reopening happened Monday morning at 10 a.m. at 5424 Butler Street, the restaurant’s new location.
“We’re back and better than ever,” Pesaros said in a post on Facebook.
Folks lined up on Sunday afternoon for a free slice of pizza as employees got ready to get back at it.
Pesaros opens everyday at 10:30 a.m. and is open until midnight Sunday through Thursday.
Friday and Saturday, Pesaros is open until 2 a.m.
