PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) — Pittsburgh Police are currently investigating a shooting that occurred Friday night outside Tim's Bar in the Hill District.
The officers from Zone 2 responded to a Shotspotter alert around 10:40 Friday night in the 2100 block of Wylie Avenue.
And outside the Hill District business, the police found a nonresponding male victim who had a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Major Crimes and the Crime Scene Unit are investigating the evidence from the incident.
One male suspect has been brought in for questioning so far, but nothing definitive has come from the investigation yet.
