No one stabbed during 'incident' at Brashear High School

According to the spokesperson for Pittsburgh Public Schools, no one was stabbed during an incident at a High School on Thursday.

Spokeswoman Ebony Pugh tells KDKA Radio that there was “an altercation” at Brasher High School and two staff members were injured trying to break it up.

The incident reportedly happened shortly after noon when two students got into an altercation.

“No one was stabbed,” said Pugh. “Two staff members were cut by a student's rings as they broke up an altercation. One staff member's cut requires medical attention. The other received a minor cut.”

According to reports, one of the injured staff members was a substitute teacher trying to break up a fight between two female students.
