Pittsburgh Police were called to the city's Knoxville neighborhood for a Shotspotter alert of 19 rounds fired shortly before 9pm Sunday night.
One victim had a gunshot wound to his back.
Another was pronounced dead on the scene. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner identified the man as 19-year-old Paul Hines of Pittsburgh.
A third victim went without medics to the hospital.
The investigation into the shooting continues.
