PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) Allegheny County Police announced on Thursday they have arrested a fugitive wanted for the sexual assault of a 14-year-old minor.
27-year-old Dondre Kelly of West Mifflin was arrested for an incident that occurred on April 5.
According to police reports, Kelly invited the 14-year-old to celebrate the child's birthday at a Dave and Buster's.
Kelly instead took the child to the South Hills Motel in Pleasant Hills.
While at the motel, Kelly forced the child to do cocaine before undressing the two and performing multiple sexual acts.
Following the assault, Kelly forced the child to smoke marijuana.
Kelly told the child not to tell anyone what happened before returning them home.
The child's mother took the child to a hospital where both cocaine and marijuana were found in their system.
A warrant for Kelly's arrest was filed and charges included statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful conduct with a minor, rape, sexual assault, concealment, corruption of minors, endangering welfare of children, criminal use of communication facility, prohibited acts, indecent exposure, indecent assault, and open lewdness.
An investigation found Kelly was hiding at a hotel in Jefferson Hills.
Kelly was arrested while leaving the hotel without incident and has been transported to the Allegheny County Police Department's General Investigations Division.
