Police in New Kensington are asking for help after a person was found shot last Thursday and died two days later.
Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole Ziccarelli and New Kensington Police say the man was found shot on the 1000 block of Kenneth Avenue around 3:20 p.m.
The victim, 31-year-old Troy Vickers Jr. was taken to a Pittsburgh-area hospital where he died on Saturday.
No arrests have been made. Detectives are looking to identify and speak with the person who was seen riding a bicycle (see photo above).
