The University of Pittsburgh Police and Pittsburgh Public Safety are telling the public to avoid the area of the 100 block of Oakland Court due to a barricaded male.
This area is south of the Boulevard of the Allies.

According to Pittbsburgh Public Safety the man in crisis has been located and will be evaluated for assistance.
All streets in the area have been reopened.
