A reward of up to $15,000 is being offered for information that leads to the whereabouts of a suspect wanted for shooting a McKeesport Police Officer on December 20.
Koby Lee Francis is accused of shooting the officer three times. That officer, Geriasimo Athans, was taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds to the neck and shoulder.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are offering a reward of $10,000 and Richard Bazzy, owner of Shults Ford, is offering up to $5000.
Bazzy made that announcement on Wednesday afternoon on KDKA Radio.
Anyone with information on Francis' whereabouts is asked to call the Allegheny County Police Tipline at 1-833-ALL-TIPS or can contact authorities on their social media sites.
22-year-old Francis is a black man, 6 feet 2 inches call with black hair and eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, camouflage pants and black shoes with white shoes. If you see him, you should call 911.
Francis was taken into custody Sunday afternoon after he was accused of violating a protection from abuse order that had only been served an hour prior to the arrest.
He was searched but still had a gun on him and reportedly fired it at Athans outside of the McKeesport Police Station.
Athans returned fire as Francis fled the scene wearing handcuffs.
