Westmoreland County officials say a Rostraver man shot and killed his live-in girlfriend last night
34-year-old Robert Chaplin is being held without bond after he was arrested Wednesday night.
Police say a child called police to their home on Route 136 telling them 35-year-old Estela Vasquez had been shot.
Police found her with a gunshot wound to the chest.
She was taken to the hospital and later died.
Chaplin is being held without bond.
The three children who were in the home are now with relatives.
