Delays are likely this week along two main roads in Middlesex Township.
The work is part of the Balls Bend Safety Improvement Project - which is just one of the jobs included in the Route 228 Corridor Improvement project.
PennDOT District 10 spokesperson Tina Gibbs says drivers will notice some changes when all is said and done in 2025.
"Guard rail replacements and pavement replacements. You'll notice some changes to the actual geometry of the roadway where it's traveling through. When it's all said and done, it'll be a much easier drive through that area, and a much safer one as well."
Tuesday through Thursday this week from 8am-4pm, expect brief traffic stoppages near the 228/Route 8 intersection.
