Pittsburgh Police issued an arrest warrant for a second suspect in connection with a 2013 shooting that killed a baby in the East Hills neighborhood.
Desaun Watson, 29, is facing charges of criminal homicide, criminal conspiracy, four counts of aggravated assault and carrying firearms without a license.
Watson is currently in the Allegheny County Jail in charges unrelated to the shooting.
On May 21, 2013, 15-month-old Marcus White Jr was killed when shots were fired during a family picnic in East Hills.
