USA Today has announced this year's finalists for the Best Regional Fast Food Reader's Choice travel awards and a Pennsylvania staple has made the list.
Sheetz was named alongside 19 other fast-food restaurants across the country. Other notables include Whataburger, In-N-Out, Jollibee, Cook Out and Bojangles Famous Chicken 'N Biscuits.
Voting is already underway and fans of Sheetz can cast their vote until Monday, February 28 at noon. The winner will be announced on Friday, March 11.
Bob Sheetz created the convenience store chain in 1952 in Altoona, Pennsylvania when he purchased one of his dad's dairy stores. Bob's brother, Steve, was hired to work part-time there.
