Mark Smail, general manager of a group of auto dealerships in Westmoreland County, died suddenly Saturday.
The 62-year-old became unresponsive returning to Greensburg after skiing with a friend at Seven Springs.
Smail’s daughter Taylor posted the news on Facebook Saturday saying, “It was a totally unexpected accident and we are all in complete shock.”
An autopsy was performed, but the results won't be available for several weeks.
Smail Auto Group operates 10 franchises.
