You know the saying "It takes a village", well today it's taking two kind couples to take a frightening situation for a woman on a fixed income and turn the whole situation around. It all started when Lucille Mojta realized that in a rush to get the trash out to the garbage collectors, she accidentally threw away the envelope with her money for rent and other bills still inside.

Lucille has been fretting for the last couple of weeks. She tells us she went into panic mode when she realized what she had done and even tried to get ahold of the garbage crew, but it was too late.
WIth rent due and other bills, Lucille turned to Get Marty for help. When our friend Dale Kleiner and his wife Jeanie heard about Lucille's situation they did not hesitate, and even joined us delivering a surprise for Lucille. They also brought a check for her for $1,000!

But wait, we're not done yet. There's another surprise and my son Vincent, the Vman helped dish it out. It was $500 given to me by another family to do something good with.
