A man is in jail after police say he shot and killed another man in New Castle yesterday.
New Castle police say they were called to the scene of the shooting on Neshannock Avenue around 1:00pm Thursday.
The victim was taken to the hospital before police arrived - but later died.
He was identified as 22-year-old Darius Ramsey.
Police made an arrest after finding video of the shooting - but did not release the suspect's name.
The District Attorney ruled the shooting a justifiable homicide, but the suspect faces gun-related charges, according to the New Castle Police.
