The person killed in a South Side shooting early Sunday was a 23-year-old Bellevue man.
Amaree Dawson was gunned down at South 18th and East Carson streets around 2:30 a.m.
ShotSpotter detected at least eight shots.
Dawson’s killing was preceded another shooting just after midnight.
A man was wounded multiple times in a road-rage incident near Bingham Street.
Police arrested Devin Singleton of Pittsburgh in connection with that incident.
