A man is in jail after police say he attacked another man with a pick axe.
It happened in the Upper Hill, where police say they found the victim with multiple cuts to his head and torso.
Several windows were also broken.
Rockey Cassale is accused of attacking the victim following an argument. He's facing multiple charges.
