The legal battle continues Tuesday between West Mifflin officials and Moonbeam Capital, the owner of the abandoned Century Three Mall.
Two hearings are scheduled this month.
The Post-Gazette reports the first hearing, Tuesday in the City-County building, concerns more than $250,000 in unpaid fines for repeated code violations.
The second hearing, on Monday, is about the dangerous conditions inside the building and its condemnation status.
West Mifflin leaders want it demolished.
