A CMU custodian is free on a non-monetary bond after he was arrested last week for allegedly stealing from students.
29-year-old Blaney Rhode is accused of more than a half dozen thefts late last month from student wallets from residential halls and fraternity houses.
A smartwatch was reportedly stolen as well.
The Trib reports students saw hundreds of dollars of fraudulent charges on their stolen cards, spent at a marijuana dispensary, vape shops, convenience stores and other outlets.
Police say an apple Air Tag was in one of the stolen wallets, and that led them to Rhode when they pinged it.
