The theater industry is feeling the impact of all of them, especially at the Center for Theater Arts in Mount Lebanon, PA.

"As we celebrate our 40th year of operation, we're faced with the reality that the future of The Center is very much in jeopardy" - Billy Hartung, Center for Theater Arts.

That message is part of the plea to the community Billy Hartung posted on the center's website, begging for help.

The center provides classes in every aspect of performing arts, from singing and dancing, to acting and things behind the scenes.

But with class sizes at 25 percent and the cancellation of fundraising gala's the money to keep its programs running is running out.

Billy reached out to Get Marty to help spread the word about the work they do and what could happen if they don't get the help they desperately need.

This is our conversation and his plea for help:

For four decades the center has been a home to children around the Pittsburgh region. Billy Hartung grew up in the program. So did Emmy, Grammy, and Tony award winning singer and actor Billy Porter.

During my tour of the center, I met another former student who has now come back to teach. You're about to meet Lisa Marinacci and why she fears what could happen:

So here's the deal. We need programs like this. We cannot let them fail. We will not let them fail.
